BRITISH Airways is introducing a new service at Heathrow called Premium Transfer Drive for Business or First class pax at risk of missing their connecting flight.
The airline’s team at London Heathrow will track these customers and when they’re at risk of missing their connection, an airside car transfer will be sent to take them to their next flight.
Cabin crew will be informed so they can let the customer know a car will be waiting for them, in a move to alleviate stress.
