LISTED corporate travel technology supplier Serko has confirmed it “continues to comply with its continuous disclosure obligations” under the listing rules of the New Zealand Stock Exchange (NZX).
The NZX issued a formal query to Serko after a surge in the company’s share price, which jumped almost 18% last week to a record high of NZ$5.23.
