TD breaking news – AFTA pulls AFTA Chargeback Scheme coverage from Si Holidays

ACS members urged to notify scheme of any outstanding bookings immediately.

The AFTA Chargeback Scheme (ACS) has advised that Si Holidays and all its associated operational brands have been excluded from the Supplier Failure Benefit provided by way of participation in the scheme.

Affected brands include Freestyle Holidays, Rosie’s Holidays, The Collection and Waitui, with ACS saying bookings accepted after 4.00pm AEST on 8th March 2018 will not be protected.

“Members should not accept credit or debit card payments for this supplier,” warned an ACS update just issued.

Any participating ACS agents are requested to immediately notify the scheme of any bookings they have made with Si Holidays for which travel has not been availed, to ACS@afta.com.au.
