This immersive feature leads to higher satisfaction and stronger booking conversions, with results such as over 3 million Digital Twin views, 74% of website users interacting with the Digital Twin, 19% conversion rate, €129 in additional revenue per booking on average, and 79% open rate on confirmation emails featuring room selection.
The Hotelverse platform also integrates smoothly with existing hotel systems, with hotel teams being supported with intuitive tools, targeted training, and branded customer touchpoints.
Hotelverse, which was founded in March 2022, has already earned the trust of major hospitality groups. It is also expanding rapidly with $6.5m raised from prominent investors. With hotels in more than 20 destinations, it is planning to set foot in the US and Asia. A new seed round in the US is already underway to fuel this new phase of growth.
