Southeast Asian hospitality brand Cross Hotels & Resorts is about to make a bold statement at World Travel Market (WTM) 2025.

From 4th to 6th November at ExCeL London, Cross will highlight its newest openings, expansion plans, and sustainability milestones, particularly its new properties in Bangkok and Bali.

From an urban hideaway in one of Bangkok’s emerging lifestyle districts to a luxury eco-resort perched on the cliffs of Nusa Penida, the group’s latest properties showcase its commitment to immersive guest experiences, innovative design, and sustainable operations.

The group will also spotlight its recent signing of ELLE Resort & Beach Club Bali by Cross Collection, a high-profile partnership that fuses fashion, lifestyle, and hospitality into an iconic destination.

When travel gets experiential, Cross is there

According to Cross Hotels & Resorts chief executive Harry Thailiwal: “Travel is evolving, and so are travellers. Guests want more than a place to stay: they want experiences that inspire, rejuvenate, and connect them to the world around them. From a calm urban retreat in Sukhumvit to a vibrant lifestyle hotel in Srinakarin, our new openings in Bangkok bring fresh, immersive experiences to the city. Alongside our luxury eco-resort in Indonesia, these properties are designed to create meaningful moments that leave a positive mark on both travellers and the communities they visit.”

Showcasing Cross Hotels & Resorts’ commitment to innovation, sustainability, and immersive travel, the company’s newest properties exemplify the group’s vision of creating exceptional experiences in some of Asia’s most vibrant and emerging destinations.

Among them are:

  • Away Bangkok Sukhumvit (Opened 2025) – An urban retreat in the heart of Bangkok, promising an “Escape Everyday Life” experience. Nestled between Sukhumvit Soi 20 and 22, Away Bangkok Sukhumvit offers a peaceful urban retreat where guests can unwind without leaving the energy of the city behind. This 75-room boutique property blends comfort and convenience, featuring thoughtfully designed spaces, a rooftop pool, and relaxed social areas ideal for recharging after a day in the city. Designed for travellers seeking balance and simplicity, the hotel provides easy access to Bangkok’s shopping, dining, and transport hubs while creating moments of calm amidst the bustle. True to the Away brand’s philosophy, it invites guests to pause, reconnect, and truly escape everyday life – if only for a while.
  • Cross Vibe Bangkok Srinakarin (Opening December 2025) – A fresh, stylish, and energetic lifestyle hotel in one of Bangkok’s emerging lifestyle districts. Set in the vibrant Srinakarin area, Cross Vibe Bangkok Srinakarin is a 196-room hotel designed for social and experience-led travellers. Fresh, stylish, and full of energy, it brings together creative spaces, convenience, and a sense of community for guests who like to stay connected while exploring the city. Conveniently located close to Bangkok’s transport links, shopping malls, lively markets, serene parks, and dining hotspots, the hotel keeps guests near the buzz while offering a relaxing base to recharge. With an outdoor pool and well-equipped fitness facilities, Cross Vibe Bangkok Srinakarin delivers an energised and immersive urban stay that reflects the youthful spirit of the Cross Vibe brand. Featuring eight versatile meeting rooms and inspiring event spaces, the hotel is also well-equipped to host a wide range of occasions – from conferences and seminars to banquets and private gatherings.
  • Cross Celesta Nusa Penida (Opening 2027) – A 61-villa luxury eco-resort nestled on the cliffs of Nusa Penida, with breathtaking ocean views. Combining barefoot luxury with sustainable design and wellness-focused experiences, Cross Celesta is set to redefine high-end travel in Indonesia. As Nusa Penida rapidly emerges as Bali’s next frontier for eco-conscious and luxury tourism, the resort offers guests the chance to experience one of Asia’s most spectacular islands in unparalleled comfort, style, and harmony with nature.
  • ELLE Resort & Beach Club Bali by Cross Collection (Opening 2028) – Cross Hotels & Resorts has signed a Hotel Management Agreement with Geonet Developments International for ELLE Resort & Beach Club by Cross Collection, a high-style beachfront destination set to open in 2028 in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. Located along Bali’s legendary coastline, the resort will feature 170 ultra-luxury rooms and suites, complemented by a signature beach club that blends music, fashion, mixology, and cuisine for day-to-night experiences. This signing reflects Cross Hotels & Resorts’ ambition to grow further in Bali, strengthening the group’s footprint in Indonesia and its expertise in managing lifestyle-driven properties.

As Thaliwal puts it: “This is more than a signing. It’s a celebration of bold partnerships and vision-led hospitality. With Geonet’s investment strength and our lifestyle brand expertise, we are creating an iconic resort and beach club that captures the spirit of ELLE. As we expand across Asia Pacific, we remain focused on delivering owner value, guest delight, and long-term impact.”
