Laurus Corporation has announced the grand opening of Hotel Talisa, Vail, a 285-room luxury ski resort located in Colorado that has recently undergone a major US$60m refurbishment & rebrand. The property was previously the Vail Cascade Resort and Spa and is set along the tranquil Gore Creek.
A modern European restaurant has been added to the offerings at the Little Tai Hang hotel in Hong Kong. Signature dishes in the new eatery located on the first floor of the hotel include blow torched spanish red prawns marinated with garlic, ginger, tomato and topped with Japanese crispy bubu arare.
