EXPRESS Travel Group has reiterated that no customers have been disrupted due to the collapse of italktavel Tuggerah (TD yesterday), with the network’s exclusive BookSafe insurance product along with AFTA/ATAS and ACS participation ensuring clients are fully covered.
ETG ceo Tom Manwaring told TD all customer files are being transferred to nearby italktravel stores in Belmont and Warners Bay, with no loss of client funds.
