PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
- Coaching and performance management of team
- Monitor sales activity and effort
- Recruit, hire, and develop sales team members
- Build and maintain relevant networks and relationships with travel industry professionals
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 5 year’s experience in sales and marketing
- Exposure to managing sales teams
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Strategic thinking and forward planning skills
