Andrew Burnes welcomes 97 new members and 129 agencies to Helloworld.
Helloworld Travel Limited has this evening announced the successful completion of its acquisition of the Magellan Travel Group, as announced on 19 December 2017.
HLO ceo Andrew Burnes said “we are delighted to welcome the 97 members and 129 agencies of the Magellan network to Helloworld Travel Limited. We look forward to working with the Magellan members throughout Australia to deliver great outcomes for all stakeholders”.
The company also announced the issuance of 2,427,649 new shares to Trevor and Sonia Jones, Andrew and Karen Jones, Jamea Investments Pty Ltd, Bellazahn Pty Ltd and EPACS Pty Ltd as part consideration for the acquisition.
