IF YOU’VE ever wondered what happens to leftover meals on a typical domestic flight, spare a thought for the Chinese air steward whose job is now on the line for implementing a solution of her own.
Chinese domestic carrier Urumqi Air has reportedly suspended a cabin crew member who was filmed tucking into leftover dishes on a recent flight.
A video shared on social media shows the woman brandishing a spoon in front of 15 meals lined up in the galley (though we can’t quite tell whether she chose the chicken or the beef).
