ROME’S official Christmas tree is shedding so quickly it has become a jolly joke for the city’s residents and visitors.
The 21m pine started to die shortly after it was lifted into place on 08 Dec at Rome’s Piazza Venezia.
However across town tourists have been left in awe of the Vatican City’s Christmas Tree, which appears to be healthy ahead of Santa’s arrival.
