HERTZ Global Holdings’ partnership with South American rental car company Localiza has been given the go-ahead from the country’s antitrust authority.
Under the long-term deal, Hertz sold its Brazil car rental and leasing operations to Localiza.
Both companies have also entered into referral and brand cooperation agreements and will exchange information on technology, customer service and operations as part of the tieup.
