MIKE Tyson is high on life as the former boxer plans to become a hotel mogul by opening a pot ranch, according to ESPN.
Set to be built on a 16 hectare property in California City, 100km from Death Valley, the marijuana resort will be used to grow pot and fund research into the medical effects of the drug.
Dubbed Tyson Resort, the property will have what is called the Tyson Cultivation School, which will educate marijuana growers on how to produce the perfect strains.
Half the resort will be dedicated to a supply store, extraction facilities, an edible factory, premium ‘glamping’ campgrounds and cabins, and an amphitheatre for guests to enjoy the good life.
